Due to a formatting error 60 submission points were omitted from the submission summaries as notified in the document Summary of submissions report – Maps.

However, three submission points were omitted from the original submission summary. These submission points were specific in their support of the whole plan (except where the submission sought specific amendments) and were received from Hokonui Rūnanga, McNabb Management Ltd and Transpower New Zealand Ltd.

These submission points were not included in the original submission summary report [Whole Plan] on the basis that they offered a general level of support without specificity on provisions. However, in the interests of fairness, completeness and to allow for other parties to consider these submissions Council is now seeking further submissions on these three points.

The omitted submission points have been collated in to one document and are available for further submissions between the 8 May – 22 May 2024.

The Summary of Submissions – addendum 2.0 document can be accessed in the right-hand column on this page.
