Section 32 Reports

Section 32 reports examine whether the objectives in the Proposed District Plan are appropriate and that the policies, rules and methods are an efficient and effective way to realise those objectives. This analysis must be documented so stakeholders and decision makers can understand the reasoning behind the provisions.
